BY KINGSLEY OKORO

A chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress APC and the Founder of Edafe Onokpite Foundation, Prince Edafe Onokpite has called on fellow part faithful in Delta State to look beyond political patronage in the areas of appointment and empowerment stressing that there is more to gain in business than politics adding that grumbling in the system is too.He added that not everybody will be getting political appointment or empowerment.

Comrade Edafe Onokpite who was speaking with journalists in Ugolo Community Okpe Local Government Area said he is reacting to complain by some people who are feeling that Governor Oborevwori is obligatory to compensate them with appointment or empowerment.

Yes! You can be rewarded but if it has not come your yet , you do not need to complain but pray and you can go into business and you will make money. So I feel disappointed in a lot of people when they are complaining! If you did not get appointment during the first term, pray you get it during the Second term! It is a eight years project. Please allow our Governor to work for the overall benefit of the People of Delta State.

I am happy for gigantic projects and roads ,in short the overall achievements of our beloved Governor so far! You can see the quality projects all over State! Last week was the commissioning of Model College at Omadimo! Everybody is benefitting quality projects Urhobos, Isokos, Itsekiris, IJAWS and Angiomas! Like I said today as Sand Dredger I am supplying sand to contractors constructing the Ekorkor. Road in Okpe Local Government Area.So also some people are supplying granite and cements and rods! Indirectly,we are been empowered by Governor Oborevwori! So please let’s limit the grumbling in the system for God’s sake.Commend our Governor for the quality projects he is executing all over the State.

OLU SHOULD CALL UDUAGHAN TO ORDER BY KINGSLEY OKORO

Again Prince Edafe Onokpite Founder of Edafe Onokpite Foundation has called on the Itsekiri Monarch to call one of his Chiefs to order to avoid communal crisis in Sapele.According to Princes Onokpite he said even though the issue which bother on the ownership of Sapele has died down for now,he stressed that it is good to continue to be singing and sinking it into the skull of Emmanuel Oritsejolomi UDUAGHAN that Sapele belongs to Okpe – Urhobo People in order for him to stop spreading falsehood to brainwash the young Itsekiris.

He condemned the action of some Itsekiri Youths who allegedly chased some people some where closed to Abeke Primary in Sapele.

In as much we don’t want crisis as a people, we are not going to tolerate any who is trying to use falsehood to collect Okpe – Urhobo Land not just in Sapele but any part of Urhobo Nation. We are going to use every legal means to resist such move. I am satisfied with the opposition and response from our Okpe brothers and our Senator including Mr Omasan his fellow Itsekiri brother who told him the plain truth!

To quote Mr Omasan, Emmanuel Oritsejolomi UDUAGHAN should not put his fellow Itsekiri people in Sapele into problem,He cannot be staying in Abuja with his family and be causing problems in Sapele because he has no property in Sapele.

Maybe the West Africa Court of Appeal WACA Judgement awarded him the remaining part of Sapele Land after awarding 510 to Okpe Urhobo People.I call on the Olu of Itsekiri to call him to order, from involving himself in what we not be benefitting to him nor his people, given the fact that the highest court at that has already adjucated on it.
